Meet Brad Pitt’s brother

Brad Pitt's unknown younger brother Doug has stepped out into the spotlight for the first time in a new advert for Virgin Mobile.

Starring in this hilarious spoof video, the sibling jokingly proves that good looks and smouldering acting prowess don't always run in the family as he goes about his daily business mowing his lawn, making a lasagne and relaxing in his 'man room'.

Doug, who is three years younger than Brad, has previously worked as a photojournalist and is a married father of three living in Springfield, Missouri, where the Pitts grew up.

He's now owner of ServiceWorld Computer Center in Springfield, and was at one time the chairman of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.

Doug also founded a charity for children living in poverty called 'Care To Learn' which has raised $1 million, and is a goodwill ambassador to Tanzania.

The Australian arm of Virgin Mobile has cast him as the lead in its FairGoBro campaign, which is hoping to elevate Doug's status from languishing in the shadow of his more famous older brother.
