I went into watch this film thinking it would be a below par monster movie. The way it was publicised and the amount of hype piled onto the movie was one of my chief concens. I have to admit I was completely wrong, from the start you are brought into the movie through the unique camera work. The intimate way it was shot meant that before long you became one of the friends at the party then as the action kicks off you share in the terror and emotional bonds through the group the story follows. A truly brilliant film and like no other monster movie you've ever seen.

Now we get onto the monster itself. I can't say a lot as I don't want to reveal too much all I can say is it is emmense in scale and destructive prowess.

Go see it, don't be put off by the reports of people being sick because of the camera, I work in a cinema and this only effects a small percentage of the customers.
