INTERNATIONAL CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2009

The 62nd Cannes film festival runs from 13th May until the 24th May, when the prestigious Palme d'Or will be presented to one of 20 films in competition this year.

Out of the 20 films hoping to take home the top prize, only one American director is in the running; Quentin Tarantino and his WW2 epic, 'Inglourious Basterds' starring Brad Pitt - which means we can expect plenty of Brangelina mayhem again this year.
