Cobie Smulders confirms Avengers 2 return
Agent Maria Hill will be back.
Cobie Smulders is set to return in Joss Whedon's upcoming Avengers sequel, Age of Ultron.
The actress confirmed that she will reprise the role of Agent Maria Hill in an interview with the Calgary Herald, saying: "I think I'm in Avengers 2, but it is very top secret. I hope I'm in Avengers 2. I didn't get my invitation yet.

"Well, actually, they know I'm in it but they don't know to what degree I'm in it," she continued.
"I am really excited to read the script because they are introducing Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch into the Avengers universe and the bad guy is going to be very interesting."
Smulders is now an established member of the Marvel family - not only did Agent Hill appear in Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, she will also be a part of the action in Captain America 2 alongside Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L Jackson.

Avengers: Age of Ultron will be released on May 1, 2015, while Captain America: The Winter Soldier hits cinemas on May 2, 2014.
