Bradley Cooper looks set to play a crime writer in a new movie.
Warner Bros has snapped up the James Renner novel The Man From Primrose Lane, and will develop it as a star vehicle for Bradley, reported Deadline.
The Silver Linings Playbook star will play true crime writer David Neff, who is investigating the strange murder mystery of a recluse.
He finds out that things might be different to what they seem, and discovers he has a connection to a chain of serial murders.
Bradley, 38, is also expected to be a producer on the film.
