10,000 B.C. is the mythical adventure which follows one young hunter on his journey across a mythical age of prophecies and gods, and a time when mammoths rule the land. When a gang of warlords kidnap the young hunter’s love, he is forced to battle to the end of the world to save her.
10,000 B.C. is released in cinemas 14th March, and is directed by Roland Emmerich, responsible for The Patriot and The Day After Tomorrow.

German director Roland Emmerich shot to fame with Independence Day and Godzilla. After working with Mel Gibson on The Patriot, he has now turned his hand to prehistoric epics in a similar style to Gibson's Apocalypto.
