Drew Barrymore first came to our attention as the adorable Gertie in E.T., but just two years later Drew was smoking and drinking alcohol. The wild child phase didnt stop there, when aged 10 she was caught smoking marijuana, and by 12 she was taking cocaine. In an effort to make a career comeback, 17 year old Drew launched herself as a sex symbol and in 1995 her godfather Steven Spielberg sent her a quilt for her 20th birthday with a note saying cover yourself up in reference to her nude Playboy cover.
