Lewis is 12 and a brilliant inventor however, things go wrong when his latest machine, built to find his birth mother, is stolen by the dastardly Bowler Hat Guy. Then along comes Wilbur Robinson who, with the help of a little time travel, whisks Lewis off to meet his eccentric family. Together they hunt down the baddy and save the day!
