Following a nasty bus accident, a group of backpackers find themselves marooned in a remote Brazilian beach town. With the next bus three days away, the only thing left to do is enjoy the hospitality of the locals, but the travellers soon discover the beautiful scenery hides a horrific secret.

Innocently attending a party, they awake to the realisation that they've been drugged and discover that all their money and belongings are gone. On top of this, the natives are turning against them.

Fortunately Kiko - a seemingly-friendly local - invites them to stay at his uncle's ranch. However, after an exhausting hike through dense jungle, the horrified backpackers realise that Kiko has led them into a terrifying trap.
