James Gandolfini's £2000 Rolex was stolen from his hotel room as he was suffering the heart attack that killed him, it is claimed.
Insurance investigators suspect that the missing watch disappeared during the commotion when he became ill in his room at the Hotel Boscolo Exedra in Rome.

TMZ is reporting that the watch, a Rolex Submariner valued at $3000, was not found among his belongings, but there was no forced entry to the room.
The star of 'The Sopranos' and 'In The Loop' died on June 19 while on holiday with his wife Deborah Lin and 13-year-old son Michael.
