For my wife's birthday ten years ago, I threatened to take her to Bruges. She did not want to go. I was winding her up and actually took her to Rome. After seeing this film, I now know why she did not want to go there.
As a gangster film, it was a good watch. Predicitable in places, but it is the way the lines were delivered that makes this a good film. Horrific and gory in places, I loved it. Not quite up there with the Tarantino films, but if you liked them, the odds are that you will like this.
