i watched this film yesterday and found myself awe struck. the film was great and at some points my jaw hit my chest. the opening credits that showed the origin story was a excellent idea and helped a audience who might not be a comic book geek like me catch up with the story without alienating the devoted.

edward norton was great as bruce banner and liv tyler worked well as betty ross...finally a female character i can identify with and a love story i believed. it had a few laugh out moments especially during the near sex scene which both me and my boyfriend laughed at...adding a realism to it. being a girl i thought that the fight scenes would put me off but all of them seem relevent to the story and impressive hence the jaw hitting the chest moments.

i'm enjoying how the new films are all connected and smiled at the moments i saw stark industries on the medical equipment and smiled even more broadly when tony stark appeared in a cameo, i knew that it would happen but i still smiled. can't wait for the avengers movie in 2011.
