It is May 1747, and the ageing Johann Sebastian Bach meets the young King Frederick II of Prussia in Potsdam. For one week, these two titans of the Baroque era play out a father-and-son relationship that is sometimes painful, yet often humorous. The battle of giants provokes joyful chaos within the royal palace.
