Jim Carrey denies Guardians of the Galaxy rumours
Actor claims he has no knowledge of the project while at the SXSW festival
Jim Carrey has denied that he's set to appear in the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' movie.
Grabbed at the premiere of his latest film 'The Incredible Burt Wonderstone' at SXSW, the actor was emphatic about the matter of joining the cast for the Marvel Studios property.

“Never heard of it. Never heard of it, honest to God,” he told Geekscape.
“There's a whole world [of rumours] out there that's created on its own. I'm not dead either.”
It had been claimed that the star of 'Dumb and Dumber' was being sought to voice laser-toting mammal Rocket Raccoon in the forthcoming off-beat superhero flick.
It was also thought that Adam Sandler was being spoken to, too.
So far, only the role of Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord, has been filled, by 'Moneyball' actor Chris Pratt.
But more cast announcements must be imminent – the film is due out in the summer of 2014.
