Taking absurdity to new heights (quite a feat when the film has already included a knight refusing to admit defeat despite losing all his limbs and an a gaggle of other knights who love shrubberies), the film introduces its first not-hand-drawn monster, in the form of a seemingly harmless white rabbit. An absurdist sight gag and another admittance that their budget wasn’t huge (see also: coconut horse sound effects) this might be the funniest moment of a film littered with them. less
