it's rather pathetic..in western culture the moment you show skin..you are beautiful!!! if you show legs and boobs and midriff that doesn't make you beautiful! you have to be really beautiful. and honestly there are very few women in showbiz you are really gorgeous much less iconic.
She is still very pretty but as you get older, it pays to understand how less really is more. Use more subtle lipstick colours, cover the bits that are sagging a little etc. No one stays that thin without a very stringent exercise regime and diet. It is possible to get away with it in the bloom of youth but it is not nearly so attractive in middle age when skin tones change and the skin itself loses its elasticity. All those years of not eating properly come back literally to haunt, with or without the collagen. There should be a clinic in Hollywood where people learn to grow older gracefully. This isn't a personal criticism of this star, I think she does a great job internationally for children and in terms of raising awareness. That's why it's a bit surprising to see this lack of subtlety and self-awareness.
