Shia LaBeouf in knife threat claims

Man he fought outside vancouver bar claims he threatened to knife him

Shia LaBeouf's bad-boy image just got badder. We reported on Wednesday how the ‘Transformers’ star got into a brawl outside a bar in Canada.

Now the man he fought claims LaBeouf threatened to pull a knife on him.

Shea Carter told TMZ that he saw the actor drunkenly swaying into patrons in a bar before one guy calmly warned him to watch out. At that point, LaBeouf summoned him outside and was promptly beaten down.

It was then that local hip hop artist Carter claims he intervened to prevent LaBeouf from heading back inside the bar, at which he is said to have screamed: "Well what if I grabbed my knife on you?"

A video posted to TMZ shows Carter then tussle with LaBeouf in what he says was an effort to protect himself from more serious injury.

The actor never produced a knife, however, and eventually gave up and walked away: but not before appearing outside a window and delivering a final 'throat-slashing gesture' for good measure.

Shia's reps have so far not responded to TMZ's requests for comment.

LaBeouf is currently in the area filming Robert Redford thriller 'The Company That You Keep', alongside Anna Kendrick and Nick Nolte, but his off-set company wasn't so enamoured with him.
