Jimmy Tong is a bumbling New York City cab driver who is hired to be the chauffeur for a mysterious man named Clark Devlin. When Devlin is hospitalized, Jimmy takes over his covert mission for the United States government. To do so, Jimmy inherits Devlin's super-powered tuxedo, which enables him with supernatural combat skills.
