Three new Man of Steel character posters

You’d think we’d be sick of ‘Man of Steel’ by now - it feels like hundreds of posters, trailers TV spots and other promo stuff has been released for the film.

But when they’re all as epic and pretty as this, it’d be churlish to moan. Take these three new DC character posters – for Supes, dad Jor-El and villain General Zod – which feature some lovely lens flare. Take a peak below.

Henry Cavill, who will play the eponymous superhero, was talking about the character for a recent Behind the Scenes feature, describing him as "an incredibly conflicted, lonely, and lost person."

Director  Zack Snyder said: "Superman is the most powerful, but also the most vulnerable superhero you can imagine."

Zack's wife, Deborah Snyder, who is producing the film, adds that the protagonist is on a "quest to find out who he is [and] where he came from."
