The Golden Bear at the 63rd Berlinale was awarded to Romanian director Calin Peter Netzer for his film 'Child's Pose.'

The film is a social drama about a rich woman trying to save her irresponsible son from prison after he accidentally kills a child while speeding.

Netzer's movie was one amongst several wins for Eastern European films at this year's Berlinale.
