At 41, Jenna Dewan's legs and butt are next-level strong while pole dancing in fishnets

Jenna Dewan captured everyone's hearts as modern dancer Nora Clark in Step Up, and now she’s here with another dance movie you are most definitely going to need in your life.

Jenna is starring in a new Lifetime movie, Let’s Get Physical, and based on the BTS content the star has been sharing, it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. Jenna posted a snippet on Instagram of herself doing a bunch of impressive pole dancing moves and whew! Is it hot in here or…?

In the video, Jenna can be seen swinging around a pole in a leotard, fishnets, and heels, all while completely owning the tough exercise. Her legs, arms—everything—are super toned and strong as she swings around the pole.

'This movie is fun, funny, sexy, surprising and based on a true story like all the @lifetimetv movies i love and grew up on!' Jenna wrote in the caption. 'I hope you have as much fun watching as we had making it!'

Understandably, people totally freaked out in the comments, which is fair considering Jenna's sculpted legs and booty were on full display. 'Wow, gorgeous looking 😍😍😍😍,' one person wrote. 'Perfect legs 👏❤️❤️❤️ Perfect 😍,' another said. 'She’s LIVING 🔥,' a third commented.

So what, exactly, does Jenna do to get so strong? Of course, she's first and foremost a dancer, that much is already clear. And dancing involves a lot of hard cardio and toning movements.

But Jenna has also shared a lot of impressive pole dancing content lately while gearing up for her role, and she’s not screwing around here, either.

Jenna is also big into Pilates, which is a great low-impact workout that helps target and tone various parts of the body. Jenna told Women’s Health that she’ll do three or four hour-long Zoom classes a week with her instructor, Kim Carruthers. 'It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger,' Jenna said. 'The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.'

Jenna also digs Isaac Boots’s Instagram Live workouts, which she refers to as 'dancer wonderfulness.'

Jenna makes sure to eat healthy foods, too. She told WH that she follows a mostly vegetarian diet and focuses on an 80/20 approach, which means that 80 percent of the time she eats 'healthy' and 20 percent of the time, she indulges.

One of her go-tos is something her family calls the “Jenna Salad”: a chopped medley of carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, avocado, and sometimes even sauerkraut, topped with a veggie burger dressed with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Uh, yum! Sign me up for one of those, please!
