Huge Home and Away spoilers follow from this week's Australian-pace episodes, which some UK readers may prefer to avoid.

This week on Home and Away in Australia, the Witness X story came to a head and Colby Thorne was left facing potential danger.

Elsewhere, Justin Morgan received some positive news about his health, and a huge secret was revealed about Martha Stewart's past.

Here are eight big questions we've been left with after the latest Australian episodes.

1. When will Willow be back?

The revelation that Willow is Witness X rocked Summer Bay, but she certainly wasn't sticking around to face the consequences. Realising that Dean and Bella were unlikely to forgive her for condemning Colby to a 25-year prison sentence, Willow left the Bay with no word on when she'd return.

While Ziggy later made contact with Willow to check on her, she wasn't answering her phone or replying to any messages.

Sarah Roberts, who plays Willow, has been pictured filming on location for Home and Away – so we know that her character will be back eventually. For now though, we can only wonder how long Willow will choose to stay away for.

2. Will Colby die in prison?

Colby is facing a bleak future after his downfall. Not only does he have no chance of parole for more than 20 years, he's also now living in fear of becoming a target behind bars.

Dean and Bella have both expressed concerns that Colby's past as a police officer will count against him at the rough jail. Dean, in particular, knows that policemen are often bullied when they become prisoners themselves.

Home and Away's latest trailer confirms that Colby's past will ultimately be exposed to the other prisoners. Could Dean and Bella's worst fears about Colby be realised?

3. Is there still hope for Angelo and Taylor?

Taylor's life was turned upside-down by the truth about Colby. She was stunned to realise that he'd been lying to her for so long and had to acknowledge that her husband Angelo had been right about his guilt.

Angelo resisted an "I told you so" moment, admitting that being correct about Colby didn't feel as good as he thought it would – especially as his marriage has been the major casualty of the situation.

With both characters broken, is there any hope left for Angelo and Taylor's future?

4. Can John move on from Marilyn?

John's experiment with a dating app took a farcical turn when his estranged wife Marilyn also signed up and accidentally 'swiped right' to match with him. John seemed to get excited over the possibility of a date with Marilyn, only for her to step in and set the record straight by explaining that she'd made a mistake.

Marilyn decided it was a good idea to bin the dating app, but John clearly felt differently as he chose to stay on board. Is this how he'll meet his next love interest Susie, played by former McLeod's Daughters star Bridie Carter?

5. Why did Martha call the police on her son?

Home and Away kicked off a big new storyline for Martha as she received a note from a man called Kieran, who wanted to see her. A clearly-rattled Martha chose to confide in Irene, explaining that she has a secret son who Alf knows nothing about.

Although Martha has nothing to feel guilty about – she unsurprisingly had a life of her own during her 30 years away from Alf – she's cautious about bringing Kieran into the Stewarts' orbit. She admitted that she has a difficult relationship with Kieran and even called the police on him last time they met.

Martha was keeping quiet about the reasons why, only telling Irene that it was complicated and the trouble wasn't really Kieran's fault. Looks like life for the Stewart family will be shaken up when Kieran makes his appearance soon.

6. Will Dean have to let go of Ziggy?

At the end of the week, Dean caused irritation for Ziggy by repeatedly hassling her for a reunion. Having lost everyone else in his life, Dean was determined to start rebuilding his happiness – starting with Ziggy.

Ziggy repeatedly made it clear that she wasn't prepared to forgive Dean for his role in Ross's murder, regardless of Colby taking all the blame. Refusing to take no for an answer, Dean arrived at the garage while Ziggy was working and vowed not to leave until they fixed their relationship.

It's no secret that Ziggy will be growing closer to Tane in upcoming episodes, so Dean seems destined to be left out in the cold. Is it time for him to take a step back?

7. Has Justin turned a corner?

There was good news for Justin after he went under the knife for a second attempt at surgery to remove his tumour. This time, Christian was able to remove a much more substantial amount of the tumour and was quietly confident that Justin had turned a corner with his ordeal.

Justin celebrated further when he was able to feel his legs after the surgery, which had posed some risks to his future mobility. Although Christian warned that further tests would be needed to properly determine the operation's success, has Justin now seen the light at the end of the tunnel?

8. How much danger are the Paratas in?

Mackenzie was determined to strike a deal with the Parata family's dangerous enemies this week, wanting to save Ari and Tane from having to carry out another criminal job to repay their debt. Going behind Ari's back, Mackenzie met up with the thugs and offered them her expensive car in return for the Paratas' freedom.

Although the guys took the car, we know that the Paratas' troubles are far from over as they'll be ordered to carry out an armed robbery in upcoming episodes.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
