Alex Cooper to Host Watch Parties From the Paris Olympic Games for Peacock

Alex Cooper, the creator and host of the popular Call Her Daddy podcast, will host a series of interactive watch parties from the Paris Olympic Games on Peacock this summer.

Under the title of Watch with Alex Cooper, the host will bring on special guests, share thoughts on Olympic events, including soccer, gymnastics and basketball, and answer questions submitted by fans on social media. The series will air in a picture-in-picture alongside the event streaming on Peacock.

“As a former athlete, the chance to cheer on the world’s greatest athletes at the Olympics is beyond thrilling,” Cooper said. “I am so excited to be partnering with NBC and Peacock to present this interactive watch-party format for the first time from the Olympics, designed to bring audiences even closer to the excitement of Paris. We are going to have so much fun.”

Cooper, whose podcast Call Her Daddy is one of the top podcasts on Spotify and other listening platforms and claims to be them most-listened to podcast among women, will also record an episode of the show from Paris and will produce additional Olympics-related content with NBCUniversal ahead of the main events, which run from July 26 to Aug. 11.

This joins prior “Watch with” programming on Peacock including experiences for Bel-Air, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Miami and the Eurovision 2023 finale.
