Aliens writer remaking Baby Jane

12 July 2012

Film classic What Ever Happened To Baby Jane? is being remade by film director Walter Hill.

The original 1962 black-and-white movie starred Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.

No cast have yet been attached to the remake, but the 21st-century version of the film will be penned and directed by US filmmaker Walter, Deadline reported.

The Aliens writer recently completed filming Bullet To The Head, an action thriller starring Sylvester Stallone and Christian Slater.

The original Oscar-winning Baby Jane film, set in a decaying, Hollywood mansion, was directed and produced by Robert Aldrich, with Lukas Heller adapting the Henry Farrell novel.
