Alison Hammond makes awkward confession to Ryan Gosling as they reunite

This Morning star Alison Hammond has awkwardly confessed to Ryan Gosling that she fell asleep whilst watching his new film The Fall Guy.

The TV presenter was reunited with Gosling, who she famously interviewed alongside Harrison Ford in 2017 about their film Blade Runner 2049. The sit-down chat descended into laughter and chaos, garnering much attention at the time, racking up over 18 million views on YouTube to date.

In her follow-up interview, this time with Gosling's co-star Emily Blunt, Alison admitted she may have missed some moments of his new film The Fall Guy as she fell asleep in the cinema.

"Let's talk about the movie, cos it was so good, I absolutely loved it" begins Alison. "I am getting a little bit older now, so when I'm going into a cinema and it's really dark, I do fall asleep for 10 minutes or so, but don't take offence cos I did get the whole story."

A good-humoured Gosling replied: "You got the gist, that's good," with Blunt cheekily agreeing with Alison's behaviour.

"Yes it was just a power nap, probably during his scenes. I get it…" she said. "Oh it's Ryan Gosling's close-up," she added doing a impression of her snoring. "I get it."

The trio erupted into further laughter when Alison questioned Gosling about his Oscar-nominated role as Ken in the 2023 hit film Barbie, based on the famous Mattel doll.

"Do you think Ken will always be inside of you?" she asked, with all three laughing at Alison's innuendo.

"Is Ken inside of me? Yeah I don't know," he replied, chuckling.

Later on, after Gosling swapped seats with Alison to be the one in the chair asking questions, the actor realised a detail about Alison's Ken question on her interview cards.

"The word 'Inside' was underlined. Alison!" he revealed. "Alison, you knew what you were doing!"

The Fall Guy is released in UK cinemas on May 2.
