Kourtney Kardashian’s 37-year-old ex-boyfriend Scott Disick has a new teenage girlfriend: Amelia Hamlin.

Hamlin is no stranger to Hollywood life: She has two famous parents and is a model herself.

Who is Amelia Hamlin?

Amelia Hamlin was born on June 13, 2001, making her 19 years old at the time of writing.

She is a model with famous parents. Her father is actor Harry Hamlin and her mother is Lisa Rinna, actress and star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH). Hamlin has appeared on RHOBH on several occasions because of her mom.

Hamlin is a model and fashion designer.

In 2019, Hamlin launched DNA, an athleisure fashion line, in partnership with her sister Delilah Belle and L.A. Collective.

That same year, she moved to New York to attend school, but dropped out and moved back to Los Angeles, according to StyleCaster.

In 2020, after successful collaborations with brands like Dennis Basso and The Blonds, Hamlin signed with Women 360 Management New York.

Hamlin allegedly began dating Disick in October 2020, just a few months after he broke up with Sofia Richie in August 2020. People started to speculate that they were together after they were seen hanging out on Halloween, but they didn’t confirm their relationship until Valentine’s Day 2021.

Disick and Hamlin’s 18-year age difference has caused controversy, much like Disick and ex-girlfriend Sofia Richie’s 15-year age difference.

Age gaps in which the man is significantly older than the woman — who is usually under 25 years old — are abundant in Hollywood. It is often noted that 46-year-old Leonardo Dicaprio has never dated a woman over 25. Meanwhile, Zach Braff is 21 years older than his girlfriend Florence Pugh. Paul Walker also started dating his wife when she was 16 years old and he was 33 and Courtney Stodden was the butt of the joke when at 16 she publicly married 50-year-old actor Doug Hutchinson (something she now recognizes was abuse).

While some people hand-wave age-gaps, others see them as possible red flags.

“This may be unpopular, but that’s fine. Does anyone else think it’s creepy that Scott Disick, 37, is dating yet another teenager who is 19? I do. To me, it just seems there is something inherently wrong there,” another user tweeted.

“One year ago Scott Disick (almost 38) and his 21-year-old GF broke up after three years, putting her at 18 when they started dating … and now he has just been confirmed in a new relationship with a 19-year-old. Like dude, you’re too old to be dating teenagers,” a third person added.
