The salaries of ITV’s survival reality series I’m a Celebrity have reportedly been uncovered, revealing the television channel shelled out a pretty penny to secure the cast of the 18th series.

According to celebrity PR guru Ed Hopkins, it is estimated television presenter and late arrival Noel Edmonds landed the biggest payday with £600,000 and broke the series’s record when it came to fees.

Football manager Harry Redknapp scored the second highest with an estimated £500,000, while DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles will reportedly earn £200,000.

Actor John Barrowman, who has been pursued by the series for years,  is predicted to have been paid between £120,000 and £200,000.

From there it is a steep drop to the lesser paid campmates. Former EastEnders actress Rita Simons will earn from £80,000 to £100,000, while The Chase’s Anne Hegerty is expected to earn £60,000.
