In 2014 Cameron Diaz bid farewell to the movie business, choosing to retire from acting in order to focus on her family and building her own businesses.
But the Charlie's Angels star decided after ten years that it was the right time to make a comeback and she did so with Netflix action flick Back in Action. She co-stars with Jamie Foxx as CIA agents, and couple, Emily and Matt who go off the grip in order to raise a family, only to be dragged back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown.
The movie joins the ranks of Netflix's popcorn blockbusters, action films with big names attached which are relatively low stakes but enjoyable to watch from the comfort of your own home. It's a niche that the streaming giant has gotten very good at making, even if they have varying results.
