The former pro wrestler tied the knot with her husband in 2021
Barbie Blank is a mom!
The former pro wrestler, 36, known to her WWE fans as Kelly Kelly, welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, with husband Joe Coba.
The couple welcomed son Jaxon Matthew and daughter Brooklyn Marie on Sunday, Sept. 10.
"Brooklyn was born first, at 9:46 a.m. at 6 lbs., 11 oz., followed by Jaxon at 9:47 a.m. at 6 lbs., 5 oz.," the proud new parents tell PEOPLE.
Of the twins' names, the new mom explains, "Joe and I wanted to give our children strong names that started with the first letter of our names; J & B. Their middle names are both passed on from my Mom and Dad, Robin Marie and Ronald Matthew. Both babies are happy, healthy and we couldn't be more in love with our little baby bubble!"

Blank Coba reveals that her birth plan ended up very different than what she had pictured.
"During my pregnancy, I was fully committed to a natural birth. I was determined to push both of our babies out. I had hired a doula @lauragimbert, taken birth classes and had a detailed birth plan. Throughout my pregnancy, the babies were in ideal positions; Brooklyn was low, face down 'Baby A' with Jaxon up top, identified as 'Baby B'. Everything was going to be perfect," she explains.
"As we approached 36 weeks, I started seeing my OB every couple of days to look for evidence of natural induction. I tried every single natural induction method possible, and I still wasn't dilating and the babies had changed positions where both of their heads were occupying the same space. My doctor let me know that it was most probable that I needed to have a C-section."
The twin mom admits she was "initially devastated" to hear the news, which "went against everything I had planned," leading her to ask the doctor for more time to wait it out, as long as the babies were safe.
"We waited until 38 weeks when I finally had to accept that these babies were going to come out via a scheduled C-section," she shares, recognizing that although it deviated from her plan, she had a wonderful hospital experience.
"Our doctor and the hospital were so great to us, accommodating what they could to align with my birth plan. When the babies were born, they were immediately taken above the operating curtain to allow Joe to hold them and for me to finally meet them and give them a kiss. Joe cut both of their umbilical cords and the three of them went to the recovery room while I was stitched up," she says.
"When I got to the recovery room, both of the babies were laying skin-to-skin on Joe's chest. Joe and the nurses handed me my babies as I got to hold them on my chest for the first time. My heart immediately melted," the new mom raves. "I had been waiting 9 months for this very moment, imagining and dreaming about getting to hold my babies for the first time. There is nothing to describe the love that I feel for my son and daughter."
So far, Blank Coba has enjoyed success with breastfeeding the twins.
"Both babies were breastfeeding, and I knew my goal was to tandem breastfeed my twins, no matter how hard everyone told me it was going to be. I was determined. The second I got them to feed at the same time was the most magical moment for me," she shares. "We learned so much from the hospital staff and got to build an uninterrupted bond with our children in a controlled environment."
Since bringing her babies home, Blank Coba says the experience has been "just incredible."
"Mine and Joe's lives have both been blessed and forever changed in a way we both dreamed about for so long," she says. "I am so excited for this new chapter in my life with our new family."
In July, Blank and her husband enjoyed a bee-themed baby shower with family and friends, speaking to PEOPLE exclusively about the event. "The shower theme was bumble bee themed, more specifically a beehive, like the structure where bees raise their young," the then-mom-to-be said.
At the event, her husband surprised her with a sweet gift for their two new additions. "Joe also surprised me by getting our initials J & B tattooed on his wedding finger, which also happens to be the initials of our twins, so it was such a special moment in time for him to do it at our shower," she told PEOPLE.
She also shared how she'd been feeling as she entered her third trimester. "I’ve had an incredible pregnancy overall. The first trimester was a little rough with all of the morning sickness but once I got through that, the rest of my pregnancy has been breezy," she said.
"There are times when I just sit and think 'OMG! I have three heartbeats inside of me right now, and two tiny humans in my belly!' It literally blows my mind and really proves women’s bodies are magic and we can do anything."
At the time, Blank Coba said she was excited to meet her babies later this year and "tell them that their mom was one badass wrestler."
"And to get to show them all my old matches, memorabilia and hopefully I’ll get to wrestle one more time with them sitting front row cheering mommy on!"
