Yahoo Movies Bella Ramsey Wears a Blue and Gray Prada Suit at the Golden Globes
The Last of Us actor Bella Ramsey has arrived to the 2024 Golden Globes awards and walked the red carpet in custom Prada suit. Ramsey is nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series - Drama. Their co-star Pedro Pascal also received a nomination, Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series - Drama. This is each their first Golden Globes nomination. Pascal is expected to attended the ceremony as well.
When speaking with ELLE in January 2023, Ramsey revealed that they would play her character Ellie “forever.”
“There's no limits for me,” the 20-year-old shared. “They can do as many games as they like, as many series as they like, and I’ll be here, flying back out to Canada.”
HBO has renewed The Last of Us for a season 2. Production is set to begin in Spring 2024 and the season is planned to be released in 2025, although it is still unclear exactly when.
In a June 2023 interview with Deadline, Ramsey and Pascal were asked what they’re most looking forward to in season 2.
“I’m just looking forward to being back, and I’ve heard bits about how the story's developing, and I know quite a bit about the second video game,” Ramsey said. “I’ve watched a lot of it. So, I’m just excited to experience more things and for it to get a bit deeper and more intense.”
“I’m really excited that there’s a likelihood that the dynamic between the two of them has really changed, and that the texture of that is something that goes even further in the playing,” Pascal answered.
