Keira Knightley talks spanking and vodka

Keira Knightley has managed to go from posh English totty to raunchy sex symbol in just 99 minutes.

Starring in the controversial 'A Dangerous Method' alongside Michael Fassbender and Viggo Mortensen, Knightley strips down for a spot of risque hanky-panky.

Speaking at the premiere this week, Keira talks about her intimate "spanking" scenes and how she "loves a vodka".
