Wreck-It Ralph trailer crashes online

The trailer for the hotly-anticipated new Disney cartoon 'Wreck-It Ralph' has landed.

Starring John C. Reilly, it tells the tale of Wreck-It Ralph, the villain of an arcade game called 'Fix-It Felix Jr'. Except this bad guy now wants to be a good guy after 30 years of being mean.

So he heads out of his own game on a quest to change his life around.

Watch the trailer below:

An all-star voice cast includes comedian Sarah Silverman as Vanellope von Schweet, a young girl from a cutesy kart racing game, and 'Glee's Jane Lynch as a grizzled sergeant of 'Hero's Duty', a shoot-em-up in which Ralph starts on his road to heroism.

Impressively, a wealth of characters from famous video games past and present show up, including Sonic from 'Sonic the Hedgehog', Ryu and Ken from 'Street Fighter', the paperboy from 'Paperboy' and Inky, Blinky and Pinky from 'Pac-Man'.

There's some great pedigree at work on the film too, with 'Toy Story' director and all-round Pixar legend John Lasseter producing and Rich Moore in the director's chair, formerly a director of 'The Simpsons' and 'Futurama'.

It's released in the UK in February, 2013.
