Bookings and Signings: Gersh, Innovative Artists Place Below-the-Line Clients

In the latest round of below-the-line client bookings, Gersh has placed two “Boardwalk Empire” vets, costume designer John Dunn and production designer Bill Groom, on HBO’s untitled rock-’n’-roll-themed series. Gersh has also booked producers Sean Ryerson (“Covert Affairs,” pictured, right) on ABC’s untitled Jenna Bans-penned pilot, Brad Van Arragon (“Copper”) on NBC pilot “Unveiled,” and Jean Higgins (“Lost”) on NBC pilot “Game of Silence”; and costume designer Tim Yip (“Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”) on his second season of Netflix’s “Marco Polo.”

Innovative Artists has booked d.p. Steve Yedlin (“Looper”) on Rian Johnson’s “Star Wars: Episode VIII,” stunt coordinator Jack Gill (“Furious 7,” pictured, center) on Walt Becker’s “Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Chip,” production designer Chase Harlan (“Entourage”) on season 2 of Fox’s “Empire,” and editors Padraic McKinley (“Homefront”) on another season of DirecTV’s “Kingdom” and Mark Hartzell (“True Blood”) on MTV’s “Scream.” Innovative has also signed editor Lee Haugen, who cut the Sundance hit “Dope.”

Billy Gabor (pictured, left) has been upped from senior colorist to managing director of Deluxe Creative Services’ Atlanta studio. The shop groups outposts of post houses Company 3, Method, Encore and Beast under the Creative Services umbrella. Meanwhile, colorist Robert Curreri has joined Company 3’s Detroit facility.
