Deadline reports that the thriller, which doesn't have a title and has its plot kept under wraps, was at the centre of bidding war between outlets. Apple won the bidding war for a lot of money, and part of the deal includes a theatrical rollout as well as their Apple TV+ streaming service.
Brad Pitt has been at the centre of rumours that he has rekindled his romance with Jennifer Aniston, following the pair doing a table read together last year (and possibly the fact that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have reunited), but Jen shut talk of that down recently, stating: "We speak, and there's no oddness at all, except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be or assumed there to be."
Meanwhile, George and his wife Amal denied rumours that they were expecting another baby together, with a statement from the pair reading: "Stories saying that Amal Clooney is pregnant are not true."
He also denied that he would ever reprise his role as Batman, even though Michael Keaton is returning for the upcoming The Flash movie. That might be down to the fact his Batman movie was the highly-panned Batman & Robin from 1997, which saw him don a Batsuit complete with Bat-nipples.
"It's funny – you'll notice they didn't call me! Somehow I didn't get that call. They did not ask for my nipples," he joked. "Listen, there are certain things you never know. This one, I know."
