Breaking Bad actress clears up her co-stars' cryptic tweets
Breaking Bad star Anna Gunn has seemingly shed some light on her co-stars' recent cryptic tweets… and it's not exactly what fans were expecting.
Her co-stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul got fans guessing that a big announcement about the upcoming prequel movie was looming when they both tweeted photos of donkeys, along with a caption promising more information "soon".

But fans probably shouldn't get their hopes up. Anna Gunn revealed during an appearance on The One Show on Wednesday (June 26) that Bryan and Aaron were actually promoting something unconnected to Breaking Bad.
"I believe it is a nod to a mezcal tequila that they are bringing out, the two of them, called Dos Hombres," she revealed. "Bryan was going to have a launch party on Cinco de Mayo last month and he promised that there were going to be donkeys there.
"I got very, very excited about that and said I'd bring my kids and then [it didn't happen]."
Is there a ‘Breaking Bad’ film in the pipeline?
And most importantly will Anna Gunn be in it? 👀#TheOneShow pic.twitter.com/cy4mBB7GqS- BBC The One Show (@BBCTheOneShow) June 26, 2019
Guest presenter Mel Giedroyc was amazed that the tweets had "nothing to do with the film", with Gunn again confirming: "I know, sorry!"
However, Gunn did hint that she might have some involvement in Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan's spin-off movie when quizzed by Mel and fellow One Show presenter Matt Baker.
"I am not allowed to say anything," she teased. "A little mystery."

Paul is already confirmed to be starring in the movie project (currently titled Greenbrier), as of course Jesse managed to make it all the way to the end of Breaking Bad.
However, Cranston's inclusion would have understandably raised a few eyebrows, even though the actor previously admitted that he'd "absolutely" be in it if Gilligan asked him.
Sadly, fans were pretty excited about the pair's tweets from earlier in the week:

Maybe a few shots of the tequila will help drown their sorrows?
