Amanda Holden has begged fans not to hate her after she posted a picture of herself sunbathing abroad.
Holden, 47, sent pulses racing with a picture of herself in a bikini as she lounged at the side of a pool.
She told fans she is currently enjoying a “detox” ahead of her return to Britain’s Got Talent.
She captioned the snap: “#detox in the #sun #don’t #hate #me.”
Fans hailed her a “goddess” and branded her “stunning” after being left in awe by the post.
Holden also shared a picture of herself working out on a treadmill with her “personal trainer” Judge Rinder.
The post comes days after Holden poked fun at her “three chins” after her husband snapped a picture of her sleeping on a plane.
Holden shared the “hilarious” image on Instagram, posting: “So my hilarious #husband takes pictures of me asleep on various #trips across the #world .. there are loads!
“He’s thinking of publishing a #coffee table book! #3chins @thepiersmorgan has fierce #competition #notpictureperfect #icansleepanywhere.”
Holden will return to the Britain’s Got Talent live shows later this year when the auditions wrap up.
She provoked outrage on last year’s series when a plunging gown she wore sparked 665 complaints to Ofcom.
Viewers dubbed the dress “inappropriate” for a family show.
Britain's Got Talent is on ITV, Saturday at 8pm
