Britney Spears Shows Off the Workout Moves That Keep Her in Killer Shape

Britney Spears has come a long way since her infamous meltdown moment in 2007. It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since the pop princess very publicly hit a rough spot in her personal life and career. Now, the star seems to be the picture of health and wellness, with a tight, toned physique, which is not just due to the vigorous dance routines of her “Piece of Me” residency show in Las Vegas, but also because of her impressive workouts.

She recently took the time to share with fans the various off-stage workouts that help her stay in incredible shape. In addition to yoga, weights and body weight exercises, she demonstrates some remarkable acrobatic moves, including high kicks and back flips.  

“Had a couple of weeks off… ha!! Well, not really… been keeping my body strong and motivating myself everyday!! There’s nothing like mommy and workout time, the beautiful outdoors, and flipping into gear,” she wrote.
