The Jets’ release noted that the laceration was closed before Little was transferred to the neurological unit at St. Boniface hospital for further observation, and that he was alert at all times and in “good spirits” this morning.

Little, who has an unfortunate history with head injuries, just recently returned to the Jets’ lineup after his most recent concussion caused him to miss the first nine games of this season.
The 31-year-old has tallied a pair of goals and three assists in seven games with the Jets this season.
