'Caught out' 'No impact' - Sheffield Wednesday player ratings after horror Millwall result

Sheffield Wednesday faced Millwall on Saturday afternoon.
Wednesday had started the fixture brightly, but had the stuffing knocked out of them when the visitors took the lead from a corner after just over half an hour.
It was a cold afternoon to forget as the Owls continued to fire blanks in front of goal. They had as many chances as the Lions, but took none of them - it was a game that was, in part, indicative of the way that the club's season has gone so far.
Here are our ratings after a torrid afternoon that nobody of a Wednesday persuasion will be looking back on with any pleasure:
A really tough day at the office for the Wednesday goalkeeper, who will be disheartened by the result at S6. It was his fumbled effort that left Harding to score the third and he didn't really managed make any saves.
Put in as much effort as you'd expect from him, but nothing seemed to really go his way in what was a difficult encounter against Millwall. Had one good effort excellently saved.
It was a mixed bag for Iorfa, who will probably be disappointed with the opening goal from the corner but also made some good recovery challenges and interventions as well.
Diaby won't be looking back on this game with any fondness after he was caught out on numerous occasions and struggled to really make any impact in the heart of the Owls defence.
Probably the best performing Wednesday defender on the day, but still part of a backline that conceded four. Played his part pretty well, though, and made some important challenges - one in the first half that stopped an almost certain goal.
Not a happy return to the starting XI for the wide man, who started quite brightly but - like so many others - faded after the first goal went in.
Was sacrificed at half time as Röhl rung the changes, but it wasn't a particularly bad showing from him in the midfield. Won some important tackles and was maybe unlucky to be replaced.
A boost to have him back in the side and Bannan was bright enough in Wednesday's promising start. They lost control after the first goal, though, and he wasn't able to make things tick as much from then on.
It could've been so different if he'd scored his chance at 0-0 after being fed by Bannan - he blazed it into the away end and they were 1-0 down moments later. A tough afternoon in which things didn't go his way.
Came off after half time as Röhl made a triple change, and it was no real great surprise after he'd struggle to make a real impact on the game.
Started quite promisingly and got involved in the early stages, but he didn't get many chances and after falling behind it got even tougher for him. Was replaced at the break.
Came on for the second half in an attempt to turn things around, and he was pretty busy. Had a couple of good chances blocked well, and he was definitely more of a threat.
Came on to replace Byers, but wasn't really able to effect the game in the way that Röhl will have wanted.
A real bright point on a dull afternoon for Wednesday. Came on and caused problems - nearly created and scored a goal, and it could've been different if not for some good defending and goalkeeping.
A late substitution with the result already wrapped up pretty much. Almost scored from a header.
Another late substitution, coming on to replace Johnson for the latter stages.
