Chris Pratt wants his FBI alter ego Burt Macklin to replace James Comey
Chris Pratt has offered President Donald Trump a helping hand in finding a replacement for FBI director James Comey.
Comey, who was leading the investigation into whether there were any links between Mr Trump's campaign team and Russia, was fired by the President on Tuesday – and Pratt has already found a man for the job.
The Jurassic World actor joked that his FBI agent alter-ego, Burt “Tyrannosaurus” Macklin from Parks and Recreations would be the perfect man to take over the reins.
Pratt offered up Macklin’s services by tweeting a gif of the crime-fighter jumping in front of Mount Rushmore and bursting through a door alongside the caption: “Just lemme know.”

Macklin is the alter-ego of Pratt’s character Andy Dwyer who would often transform into Macklin, most notably when someone threw a pie at Leslie Knope during a campaign rally.
Fans threw their backing behind Macklin, with some saying his appointment would be “epic”, while others suggested Dwyer's other alter-ego Johnny Karate would fit the job description.

Pratt is currently filming the sequel to Jurassic World in London.
The actor took a break from filming earlier this week to visit Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital with his co-star Bryce Dallas Howard.
Pratt said he was “moved by the unbreakable spirit of children” and that it was a “tremendous pleasure to spend time with patients”
He also made sure to treat the staff by posing for a giant group photo.
