CNN host calls Trump’s latest controversial tweet 'racist, just plain and simple'
CNN host Anderson Cooper did not hold back when he addressed the latest controversy involving Donald Trump.
The US president attacked had NASCAR's only Black driver in a tweet, making a baseless accusation.
Has @BubbaWallace apologized to all of those great NASCAR drivers & officials who came to his aid, stood by his side, & were willing to sacrifice everything for him, only to find out that the whole thing was just another HOAX? That & Flag decision has caused lowest ratings EVER!

"If divisive, inflammatory racist words could kill the coronavirus, then the president of the United States would be headed to Stockholm right now to pick up his Nobel prize in medicine," the presenter said.

"He's trying to persuade the country that the virus is simply vanishing, or if that won't work, he's trying to divert people's attention elsewhere to smearing a Black NASCAR driver, supporting the Confederate flag and statues of traitors."
