Cole Sprouse has admitted his crush on Jennifer Aniston when he starred alongside her as a child actor in Friends led to him forgetting lines.
Aged just eight years old when he began appearing as Ross Geller's (David Schwimmer) son Ben on the series, Sprouse has said he was teased by the crew over his infatuation as it affected his performance.
The 28-year-old actor reminisced about his time on the hit sitcom during and appearance on the Drew Barrymore Show.

"[His crush] actually made it quite difficult to work in front of her I must admit," he divulged. "I was a child. I would stammer a lot, and I would forget my lines.
"I feel like I'd maintain my composure a bit more effectively now, but it was quite difficult when I was a kid."
"I was teased a little bit by the crew, because they saw it. I would just forget, and be looking at her. But then, the whole world had a crush on Jennifer Aniston," he added.
Sprouse appeared in seven episodes as Ben and went on to forge a successful career with his twin brother on the Disney Channel in their roles as Cody and Zack Martin in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and its spin-off, Suite Life on Deck.

In his interview with Drew Barrymore, Sprouse said he and his brother are "asked all the time" if they would do a Suite Life reboot but that the answer was always "no".
He's since gone on to establish himself as a star in his own right in Netflix's Riverdale as Jughead Jones, a role he's played since 2017.
