Dad discovers 11-year-old has been drinking ‘mimosas’ in the bathtub: ‘Who showed my little girl how to make mimosas?’

A dad has gone viral after making a shocking discovery in his little girl’s bathroom — and TikTok can’t get enough of his supportive, judgment-free parenting!

Brandon, known on TikTok as @brandon_rainwater, filmed the moment he realized his 11-year-old daughter was drinking “mimosas” in the bathtub after a stressful day.

Now the video has been seen nearly 6 million times, garnering 1.3 million likes and thousands of comments!

“I think my little girl had a bad day at school today, or maybe she got a lot on her mind, I mean… stressful day for an 11-year-old, I guess,” Brandon starts off saying, keeping his voice to a whisper.

“I heard the water running, so I came up here to turn the water off, and this is what I seen,” he continues, turning the camera to reveal a bathtub full of bubbles.

But it’s what’s resting on the side of the tub that has Brandon cracking up: a foil-lined cookie sheet covered in an assortment of snacks, a bottle of sparkling grape juice, and a jug of orange juice.

“Who showed my little girl how to make mimosas?… Who been drinking mimosas with my little girl?” he says to the camera with a laugh.

“That’s enough, I was already laughing — this isn’t even her first bottle!” he says as he grabs an empty mini bottle of sparkling grape juice from the soap dish.

“Hey I ain’t gonna say nothing,” Brandon says, smiling at the camera. “I’mma let her do her thing. We all get stressed out sometimes. And we need to eat a cheese plate and drink mimosas.”

Here’s everything coffee lovers need for a better cup of joe:

‘Go-head daddy!! Supporting your baby!!!’

TikTokers flooded Brandon’s comments — both in support of Brandon’s parenting and in praise of his daughter’s self-care instincts.

“Her self care game is A+,” one user commented.

“That baby is STRESSED!! I’m so proud of her, she knows how to handle her stress and move on,” another user wrote.

“GET THIS GIRL A BATH TRAY AND BATH GOODIES FOR CHRISTMAS!! She’s going to need many more ‘me’ days in her future,” suggested one user.

“She is a lady! And somebody got on her last nerve today,” another user joked.

“Oh she’s stressin stressin!!! Let lil mama’s get herself together. The get back is important!” wrote another user.

But the overwhelming majority of the comments were praise for Brandon and the way he handled the situation.

“It’s the being a supportive father who acknowledges a child is allowed to have bad days for me,” one user commented.
