The Only Way is Essex's Gemma Collins has revealed that her Dancing on Ice training has helped her drop a whole dress size.

Speaking to The Sun, the reality TV personality joked about her weight loss since prancing around on frozen water.

"I've dropped a dress size already," she said. "Look, my clothes are falling off me."

Collins detailed how her excessive training for the show could even see her drop four dress sizes by Christmas, allowing her to fit into her wedding dress long before she marries fellow TOWIE star James Argent.

"By Christmas I should have dropped four sizes ready for my wedding dress. They are working me hard," she said.

She also revealed that she's enjoying training for the show, and is keen to do the "curvy girls" proud.

"I'm having so much fun doing Dancing on Ice," she said. "I'm representing the curvy girls. My clothes are falling off me now, I'm training all the time. I do love it, especially the banter with Richard Blackwood, we all have a laugh."

Co-host of the show Phillip Schofield (expected to present alongside Holly Willoughby as usual) thinks Collins is a "sensational" booking, providing she actually makes it on the ice and doesn't quit beforehand.

Also confirmed for Dancing on Ice 2019 are Love Island's Wes Nelson, X Factor star Saara Aalto, Grease star Didi Conn, Coronation Street's Jane Danson, Neighbours' Mark Little, Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton, cricketer Ryan Sidebottom, Loose Women's Saira Khan, former Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan, former Westlife singer Brian McFadden, and former EastEnders star Richard Blackwood.

Dancing on Ice returns next year on ITV.
