The incumbent James Bond 007 has puppies galore. (Thank you, I’m here all week.)

Yes, Daniel Craig has teamed up with Omaze, a California-based company which “offers once-in-a-lifetime experiences that benefit charitable causes,” for an initiative to benefit the United Nations Mine Action Service.

And just to really sell it hard, the beloved Bond actor brings a bunch of adorable puppies into the mix.

As the Omaze campaign webpage tells us, charitable donations toward UNMAS will be taken in exchange for the chance to win a brand new Aston Martin Vantage GT Roadster, tax free, which we’re told has been “personally customized by Aston Martin enthusiast and endlessly charming actor person, Daniel Craig.” (Which means there’d better be some ejector seats.)

The lucky winner also gets to be presented with the car by Craig himself in person, as well as getting flights and hotel accommodation paid for. There are also a slew of smaller gifts on offer, detailed at the Omaze site.

The campaign will fund UNMAS’s work in “to reduce the threat and impact of landmines and other explosive hazards,” which currently covers “18 countries and territories around the world.”

A fine cause to be certain – but film fans may be forgiven for getting excited to see Craig posing by an Aston Martin again, because if he’s happy to do that again, perhaps it means he will indeed be back as 007 once the 25th Bond movie gets underway at some point in the near future.
