The Duchess of Cambridge wows in belted blue dress at Buckingham Palace
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with the President and First Lady of Ukraine at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday (7 October), marking the first time the royal couple has hosted there since lockdown.
Kate looked elegant as always in a blue belted dress by one of her go-to designers, Emilia Wickstead, as she and Prince William welcomed President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine and First Lady Olena Zelenska in the Palace's Throne Room.
The Duchess wore her recently highlighted brown hair down in a signature bouncy blow-dry and completed her outfit with simple nude pumps for the occasion.

The royals and the Ukrainian First Couple were all smiles during the visit, which Will and Kate are thought to have undertaken on behalf of her Her Majesty The Queen. They did not wear face masks, but kept to current social distancing guidelines throughout the meeting.
This latest engagement is one of many that the Duke and Duchess have undertaken, both in person and virtually, since the end of their summer break at the start of last month.
On Tuesday (6 October), Kate was out and about in Derby looking the epitome of autumnal chic in a checked wool coat, as she met with university students to find out more about the impact of the current Coronavirus pandemic on their learning and mental health.
