Yahoo Movies Kristen Stewart posed for a rare picture with her fiancée Dylan Meyer, and it's very sweet
People have been pretty obsessed with Kristen Stewart's relationship history ever since Twilight first landed in cinemas back in 2008. From her long-running relationship with co-star Robert Pattinson to her on-again-off-again saga with Stella Maxwell, we - the fans -have eagerly been there for all of it. Which is why we're pretty overjoyed about her adorable relationship with screenwriter Dylan Meyer, who she was rumoured to have started seeing during summer 2019.
Here's a look back at Kristen and Dylan's relationship, starting with the most recent point of interest and then back to the very beginning...
7th March 2022:
Kristen and Dylan just posed for a rare public photo together, and the whole thing is very sweet.
The pair usually remain pretty private, rarely posing on the red carpet together, although they do enjoy sharing the odd cute couple's selfie on Instagram from time to time.
Their latest appearance together took place at The Hollywood Reporter's Oscar Nominees Night in Beverly Hills, California, on 7th March.
In pictures, the pair can be seen sat side-by-side at a table during the event, both leaning into one another as Dylan gazes very adorably at Kristen.

2013:
Although rumours of the relationship didn't surface until 2019, in November of that year Kristen told Howard Stern during an interview that she and Dylan actually met six years earlier on the set of a film. However, she says they lost touch but met years later at a birthday party where Kristen says she realised "all bets were off," adding, "I was like, 'Where have you been, and how have I not known you?'"
Later in the interview Kristen revealed that she and Dylan exchanged 'I love yous' just two weeks after they started dating.
"It was like really late, and we were in some sh*tty bar," she explained. "And her friends were there or whatever, and they like walked out, and I was just like, 'Oh man, I’m so f***ing in love with you.' Done."
August 2019:
Rumours that Kristen and Dylan might be dating began after they were pictured kissing in New York in August 2019. People were a little confused because only a month before Kristen and Stella Maxwell had reportedly been seen together looking pretty cosy, but according to a source Kristen and Stella had since moved on.
"Kristen is spending time with Dylan and very happy about it," the source explained to E! News. "She was seeing Stella for a little bit while it worked, but now she has moved on with Dylan."
October 2019:
Kristen and Dylan make things Instagram official with an adorable black and white picture of the pair of them kissing in a photo booth.
Dylan captioned the image, "Find me under the covers hiding from the happiness police. 🖤."
November 2019:
In the same Howard Stern interview where Kristen revealed the origins of their relationship, she also opened up about how she "can't f***ing wait" to propose to her girlfriend. As if these two couldn't get any cuter.
"I want to be, like, somewhat reasonable about it, but I think good things happen fast," she told Stern "It's just, like, when you know, you know."
September 2020:
Things were a bit quiet for a while as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and aside from a couple of sightings of the pair out doing their shopping, we'd not heard a lot from Kristen and Dylan throughout 2020. However, in September Kristen took over Dylan's Instagram to encourage people to get registered to vote.
Along with a picture of Kristen in a "VOTE" t-shirt Dylan captioned the post, "I turned the mic over to Kristen because she had some things to say and doesn’t have her own account. Happy #nationalvoterregistrationday!"
November 2020:
Dylan posted a very sweet picture of her and Kristen who are usually quite private about things. She used the platform to encourage people to get out and vote in the US Presidential Elections.
December 2020:
People are very into Dylan's Instagram post showing her and Kristen out playing golf and essentially looking great together. After not hearing much from them for a year, this is exactly what we all needed.
April 10th, 2021:
That sound you can hear right now, is the sound of the world letting out a collective "awwww" at Dylan Meyer's recent Instagram post dedicated to her girlfriend of 18 months Kristen Stewart.
Alongside a picture of Kristen with the couple's dog Dylan captioned the post, "Life sure is sweeter with this cute little family. Happy birthday, kiddo. You knock my socks off."
2nd November 2021:
Kristen and Dylan are engaged! The Spencer actress revealed she said yes, after Dylan asked her to marry her.
"We're marrying, we're totally gonna do it," Stewart said on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show (via E Online). "I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We're marrying, it's happening."

5th November 2021:
Days after Kristen and Dylan's engagement is revealed, the actor opens up about the proposal and marriage during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
On her fiancée, Kristen said, "Also, [I] knocked it out of the park. No, I scored."
Speaking of being married, Jimmy continued, "It's the best thing in the world, I can't even tell you. Now you have a buddy who kind of has to do things with you."
Kristen replied, "I know, and we have to like help each other out with stuff, too.. You['ve, about Dylan] got to do the stuff I don't want to do, man!"
