The sixth installment in the series catches up with Dom (Diesel), Brian (Paul Walker) and co. after the Rio heist that left them with $100 million in the bank. But their inability to return home has left their lives in ruin.  Meanwhile Agent Hobbs (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson) has been tracking a lethal organisation of mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind is aided by a ruthless second-in-command who Dom happens to know quite well. So, Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London, ready to take down the bad guys – with the promise of full pardons so they can finally return home.

The mastermind in question is played by Brit actor Luke Evans, but it’s the ghost from Dom’s that’s brings the twist. Check out the trailer for more.

This new trailer follows the 60 second teaser premiere during Sunday’s NFL Super Bowl - one of the most watched global broadcasts of the year. Of the eight trailers shown during the big game (including ‘Iron Man 3’ and ‘World War Z’) ‘Fast & Furious 6’ was by far most talked about of the day with a “Twitter Buzz Growth” of well over 5,000%, according to PR company WayToBlue.

‘Fast and Furious 6’ is out in the UK May 2013.
