Who knew a trip to your local hardware store could be so loaded with innuendo?

The first full clip from Universal’s adaptation of ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ has been released giving us our first decent look at Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson’s on-screen chemistry.

Fans of the book should recognise the scene. Dornan’s S&M-loving Christian Grey visits Johnson’s Ana Steele at her place of work, a hardware store called Claytons, to pick “a few things” including cable ties, masking tape, and rope.

Frankly, we’re a little disappointed that Ana seems to sell him electrical tape rather than masking tape but we guess, for his intended purpose, it probably doesn’t really matter.

“You’re the complete serial killer,” Ana quips.

“Not today.” replies Christian.

Stop it guys, you’re getting us all hot under the collar.

Sam Taylor-Johnson’s adaptation of EL James’ best-selling erotic novel ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ is one of the most anticipated movies of the year, so thankfully there’s not much longer to wait until the film’s release.

‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’, officially rated 18 in the UK for “strong sex and nudity”, is coming to cinemas on 13 February. Watch a trailer below.
