Fleabag star Sian Clifford, Outlander season two's Rosie Day and Years and Years actor Russell Tovey star in a first look photo from a new improv-comedy movie from StudioPOW.

The film, which is currently untitled, stars the trio as down-on-their-luck best friends Sally, Denise and Mick, who come up with a plan to get their hands on a sizeable family inheritance. All they need to do is pull off a sham wedding and make it all the way through to 'I do'.

The movie, which has now wrapped filming, also stars Guardians of the Galaxy's Ophelia Lovibond, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again actor Hugh Skinner, Taskmaster star Richard Herring, Drunk History's Nick Helm, Friday Night Dinner actress Phoebe Torrance, former Coronation Street actor Richard Elis and After Life's Laura Patch.

The film is directed by Bittersweet Symphony's Jamie Adams and produced by StudioPOW's Cordelia producer Kevin Proctor.

The project was shot on location at Wales' Margam Castle in January, with the cast and crew forming a 'safety bubble' on location.

Adams said: "To make a movie during a pandemic is certainly a privilege and has been made possible by the diligence and hard work of our cast and crew. This story celebrates love, friendship and family, and we had the finest comedy ensembles ever brought together for a British indie movie!"

Proctor paid tribute to the "passion and expertise of the cast and crew" and praised them for bringing "this smart and very funny film to life".

Executive producer Perry Trevers called the project "the start to a successful year", saying: "Where COVID has presented a challenge, we have risen to it. This shoot allowed us, in a contained environment, to manage our COVID protocol. I am very happy to report that through strict measures, we had a 100% COVID-free successful shoot."

No release date has yet been revealed for the film but with a cast like that, we're more than ready for it.
